Michael Dant serves as Vice President at Triple Aim Partners (TAP).
Prior to joining TAP, Michael served in a variety of senior leadership roles within Carelon Post-Acute Solutions, a risk-based benefit management company providing delegated services across the post-acute continuum. Most recently he held the position of Staff Vice President and General Manager of the Post-Acute Solutions business within Carelon. Michael joined Carelon through the acquisition of myNEXUS, where he led several Network Management functions including provider relations, provider data management, network development, and value-based contracting. Previously, he worked in managed care consulting.

Sam Follit serves as Head of Talent at Triple Aim Partners (TAP), responsible for helping Triple Aim Partners build best-in-class teams.
Prior to joining TAP, Sam served as Principal at Oxeon, where she led executive search engagements spanning a broad portfolio of healthcare tech and care delivery businesses from seed stage to Fortune 100. Previously, she worked within Deloitte’s Organizational Transformation and Talent practice and at The Advisory Board Company.
Sam earned a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University.
Andrew Hayek serves as Co-Founder & CEO of Triple Aim Partners (TAP), which partners with outstanding leaders to build healthcare companies that improve the quality, experience, and total cost of healthcare. He serves as Co-Founder and Chairman or Board Director of firsthand, Synapse Health, Luminary Hospice, Oasis, Diverge Health, Guidelight Health, Steadfast Health, and AbriCare, and he served previously in the same capacity for Prospero Health and ArchWell Health.
Andrew also serves as Co-Founder & Chairman of One World Surgery (a nonprofit surgical and medical provider in Honduras and the Dominican Republic), Adjunct Lecturer in Healthcare at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Lecturer of Health Care Management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Prior to co-founding TAP, Andrew served as CEO of Optum Health, Chairman & CEO of SCA Health, President of DaVita VillageHealth, President & COO of Alliance HealthCare Services, and in roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and the Boston Consulting Group.

Chris Maxedon serves as Vice President at Triple Aim Partners (TAP).
Prior to joining TAP, Chris served in a variety of roles in managed Medicaid within UnitedHealthcare Community & State, most recently as Vice President of Provider Innovation, setting strategy and leading implementation for various initiatives involving unique value-based care contracts. Previously, he served in a variety of roles supporting actuarial pricing, reserving, forecasting, and medical economics.
Chris is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and volunteers with the education arm of the Society. He is a Fellow of the Nashville Health Care Council.

Prior to joining TAP, Zena served as Vice President of Operations and Clinical Strategy at Evergreen Nephrology, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at ArchWell Health, Director at Oxeon Partners and, Senior Manager at City Year.

Prior to co-founding TAP, Cory served in varying senior executive roles across Optum, most recently serving as President of OptumCare, a national platform of ambulatory focused care delivery systems, including medical groups, independent practice associations (IPAs), risk-bearing entities, and outpatient facility operations.
Cory joined Optum through the acquisition of SCA Health, where he served in varying senior executive roles, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to SCA, Cory worked in investment banking.

Saadiah Schmidt serves as Vice President of Talent at Triple Aim Partners (TAP), responsible for expanding the firm’s talent ecosystem, supporting TAP Companies with executive search and talent strategy, and helping to shape Triple Aim’s own organizational design.
Prior to joining TAP, Saadiah served as Director at Oxeon, where she built leadership teams for companies across the healthcare ecosystem, with a particular focus on early-stage, care-delivery organizations.

Rich Sharff serves as Chief Legal Officer of Triple Aim Partners (TAP), which partners with outstanding leaders to build healthcare companies that improve the quality, experience, and total cost of healthcare.
Prior to joining TAP, Rich served as General Counsel for Optum Health, where his team had responsibility for the legal affairs businesses including physician groups, independent practice associations (IPAs), ambulatory care centers, population health, medical benefits management, and post-acute care management. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for SCA Health (SCA) and, prior to SCA, Rich was a partner at the Bradley Arant law firm.

Previously, he served as an investor at Aristeia Capital and worked in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group at UBS Investment Bank.

Prior to joining TAP, Michael served as CEO of the Ivy Rehab Network, where he led the organization’s growth from 50 to more than 650 locations nationwide. Michael continues to serve as a member of the Board at Ivy, as well as Pediatrix Medical Group. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Surgical Care Affiliates and as Division Vice President at DaVita.

Doug Wenners serves as Operating Partner of Triple Aim Partners (TAP). He serves as Chairman of firsthand, and he previously served as Co-Founder and CEO of Prospero Health.
Prior to founding Prospero Health, Doug served as interim CEO of Privia Health and spent 16 years as an executive at Elevance. At Elevance, Doug led the P&L for six Blue Cross & Blue Shield health plans, including the company’s public exchange (marketplace) business, and led the value-based contracting strategy nationally.
